There are always new names in the music industry we’ve never heard of, and blogs like mine or others are always a good step forward to increase publicity, but when your name is Noisecontrollers, you certainly won’t need a website like mine, when the biggest stages are there for grabs. Noisecontrollers’ has established himself over the years, and the result is playing at the dopest events all over the world. But playing in your home country always feels much more special, and when the event is Decibel, what can go wrong? It must be a DJ’s kind of heaven?

Decibel is one of the leading events, and last year they only had the finest artists playing all over the event, and the mainstage looked extremely tasty: Atmozfears, Brennan Heart & Wildstylez, Da Tweekaz, Frequencerz, Partyraiser, Radical Redemption… I could go on, but you get the gist. You know what I was saying: this party was epic, and by accident I found Noisecontrollers’ liveset on Soundcloud. If you haven’t heard it already, you should be ashamed. 13k+ people already have, so why are you behind? Come on, join the Noisecontrollers train to madness!

The tracklist was added by someone, thank you for that. I can finally put names to the tunes I heard throughout the set.

01. Noisecontrollers – The Game
02. Noisecontrollers – So High
03. Noisecontrollers – Summer In The City (Part II) (Decibel 2010 Anthem) (Decibel 2016 Edit)
w/ Flo Rida feat Sia – Wild Ones (Acappella)
04. Noisecontrollers & Bass Modulators – Rocked Up (Live Edit)
05. Fedde Le Grand & Nicky Romero – Sparks (Atmozfears & Audiotricz Remix)
06. Proppy & Heady – Summer Of Hardstyle

08. Noisecontrollers – Knightwolf (DJ Tool)
09. Noisecontrollers – Attack Again (Thrillogy Edit)
10. Noisecontrollers & Bass Modulators – See The Light
11. Adele – Hello (Bass Modulators Bootleg)

20. Alpha2 & Noisecontrollers – Craving For The Beat (Official Decibel Anthem 2013)

Sweet Lord, if there’s another liveset out there better than this one, please mention it to me, because I reckon you are wrong, oh so wrong. This set is jam packed with awesome Summer tunes. Tunes that makes you want to rip off your office attire, and run towards the beach, dancing until the sun goes down.

Noisecontrollers has selected a few slamming anthems, such as ‘See The Light’, ‘Can’t Go Home’, ‘Sparks’, ‘Rocked Up’, ‘Wild Ones’, ‘Down Down’, but the one that did the most to me, was ‘Let Me See Ya’. I can’t describe it with words, you need to listen to it, and it will embrace you, and makes you want to dance, dance until the world ends. Seriously, this is an anthem, but don’t underestimate ‘Down, Down’. You can’t listen to it without singing out loud. And scare everyone around you, because you can’t sing.

This set has got some seriously insane dancefloor smashers, but some are just a bit meh. Adele is a nice girl, but to hear ‘Hello’, even at a big rave, nah, not my thing. But that’s just me.

I have listened to this at least 4415 times. Yes, it’s because of me that the plays are extremely high, but can you blame me? You simply can’t. Listen to this yourself, and you will know why this man doesn’t need an introduction. A superstar! Big set, dangerous for you.

Warning! Once the mix has finished, you press play again and again. Be careful!

You know you’ve been in the wrong country if you keep seeing and hearing livesets, and wonder why you left this glorious land in the first place. The Netherlands, a safe haven for ravers, has got to be the place to experience the best parties. I’ve been to parties all over the continent and the UK, and it’s safe to say that the Netherlands have the best parties. One of them being Hard Bass. If you like your music to be rough and tough, this event is the place to be. But to be fair, many events have an area for those who like things rough. But Hard Bass, its name already has a reputation for awesomeness, if that’s actually a word. And one of its liveset from this year’s event can be found on Soundcloud!

It’s the set that many people were waiting for. Team Red, E-Force, Warface and Rebelion. In the intro it also says Minus Militia, but nowhere on Soundcloud are they mentioned? Anyhow, the set is up for grabs, not downloadable, but do we care? As long as we’ve got 4G network and the Soundcloud app, we can listen to it anywhere we like. And that’s exactly what I did when I discovered this mix. It was shit, because I was on the overground and the tunnels kept interfering the mix, but on long stretches without tunnels the music kept on blasting through my headset. I reckon I had the volume too damn loud, people kept on looking at me. But do I care?

87.7k+ listens already. People must seem to like Rawstyle? Not an underground sound anymore, is it?

01. Warface – FTP (E-Force Remix)
02. Psyko Punk – Left With The Wrong (Warface Remix)
03. Rebelion – Echoes

05. Warface – Mash-Up 6.0
06. Rebelion – Uprising
07. E-Force – Stresstest
08. Rebelion – Back To The Future
09. E-Force & Luna – Kill The Noise
10. Skrillex & Rick Ross – Purple Lamborghini (Rebelion Bootleg)
11. Warface – Reloaded
12. Warface & D-Sturb – Pull The Killswitch
13. Rebelion – Keep It Fuckin’ Poppin’ (Live Edit)
14. E-Force, Warface & Rebelion – One

27. Rebelion – Salvation
28. E-Force & Tha Playah – Distorted Noises
29. Deadly Guns – Stick To My Guns

Someone was so kind to upload the tracklist onto Soundcloud, so we exactly know what we are listening to. But most of you are fans of E-Force, Rebelion and Warface, so you must know their full back catalogue?

It turns out that whoever recorded this mix and uploaded it took some amazing slammers out, probably due to copyright issues. So if you were there and you are wondering why you are missing tracks, there’s a reason for it.

Anyhow, back to the set. It’s f**king rough. Amazing. Tough. And I’m loving it. Not my neighbours, but who cares. I couldn’t care any less. They can move house, I am staying here. This set literally destroyed my speakers, and there’s another reason why you should embrace this mix: you can hear the crowd in the background completely loosing it! Screaming out their lungs.

Hard Bass 2017 must have been amazing, if this was the level of music they were delivering. E-Force, Warface and Rebelion made sure the crowd went mad, and you can hear that throughout the set. A wonderful set. Rawstyle at its finest. And I’m digging it.

Press play, but I reckon you already did that. Why read this review, there’s no point in waiting. 87.7k already did, and you are the next one to embrace this awesome and flawless set!

Damn. Damn. Damn. What I’ve just found on Soundcloud will blow your mind away! A liveset, which is basically the biggest megamix for Jumpstyle/French Tek you’ve ever heard! This set you’ve probably heard before on Soundcloud, it already has 29.8k+ plays. And it would be weird if it didn’t reach this amount of plays. This set was recorded at Reverze back in 2011, and it was an amazing event, according to those who have been. The set you are about to listen to (maybe again) was only around 45 minutes long, but these three artists made sure you witnessed something unusual. 88 records in 43 minutes. Come on, give them credit for making a megamix like that!

Q-ic, Lethal MG and Ruthless do not need an introduction at all. French Tek and Jumpstyle lovers do know the names, and the records they have made. A few of their own productions can be found in this set, and let me warn you: before you realise it, the mix is over. Time does fly by too damn quickly, and some tracks are sadly played too shortly. But what can you do if your name is Q-ic, Ruthless or Lethal MG and your set is only 45 minutes long? Put as many records in as you can. Mess everyone up. Give them a night to remember!

Sweet Lord, this is too much! Seriously too much. You can’t get your head around the fact that they picked so many anthems, crammed them in a 43 minute long set, and made it work. If you were dancing on the dancefloor at Reverze back in 2011, this set must have blown you away!

But seriously, how do you dance to such a set, when you skip from one record to the next within 30 seconds? And you can not prepare yourself for the music, because the beats, basses and melodies come at you non stop. How’s that possible?

The tracklist has got amazing records in their, but in the actual set there’s no time to waste, so they jump literally from one to the next. It’s a rollercoaster ride which you are experiencing. Some bits are extremely pleasant, but some are just too hard and rough. But that’s just me.

I got flashbacks to the good ol’ days of French Tek/Jumpstyle etc. When the music was great, new, and not ruined by the commercial side of it. This set contains so many great anthems, it’s too damn hard to pick just one favourite. There are several. If you know me, you know which ones.

A good set, really enjoyable. Some bits are too rushed, but then again how else would you cram so many records in one mix? The end result is good, and it will make your dull Sunday morning turn upside down. More of these mixes please, more megamixes, there aren’t many out there with shitloads of records in it like this one!

The internet is filled with billions of hours of music, splendid music. And it takes a while to actually find music you were looking for. For example: I was looking for some early Hardstyle/Hard House tunes, and by accident I came across this liveset by Scot Project (it’s not written well on Soundcloud nor on the flyer, it’s only with one ‘t’). This set was recorded at HardClassics On The Beach, on the 11th of July 2015. The line-up was good: Pavo, Scot Project, DHHD, Deepack, Luna, Daniele Mondello, Freestyle Maniacs, The Viper and more. With such a line-up the event must have been good, and according those who went (and rated the event on Partyflock), the event was very good!

One of those sets can be found on Soundcloud. Scot Project’s liveset. And you get what you were hoping for! For starters he played a few really oldskool classics, and after that he goes all in and plays the finest tunes you can get! Most of them being remixes by himself, but you can’t go wrong with him. Seriously, Scot Project has made so many great anthems, I prefer his tunes over any new Hardstyle/Hard Dance tracks. Come on, ‘L’ (I Want Your Love)…. can’t go wrong with that track.

The tracklist was kindly provided, and it’s a beauty. Call yourself a true Dance music lover? You will dig this a lot!

05. Hennes & Cold – The Second Trip (DJ Scot Project Remix)
06. Mike Dragon – Orange Song (Emphasis Hardclub Mix)
07. Yakooza – Cocaine (DJ Scot Project Remix)
08. Derb – DFC (DJ Scot Project Remix)
09. Thomas Rubin – Cold Night (DJ Scot Project Remix)
10. Beam vs Cyrus – Thunder In Paradise
11. Twister’s Silence – Listen To Me Mama (DJ Scot Project Remix)
12. Marcel Woods – Advanced (DJ Scot Project’s Set You Free Remix 2006)
13. DJ Scot Project – FM2
14. Walt – Let The Music Play
15. Showtek – Expansion

Sweet Lord, what a tracklist!!! Impressive tracks, Scot Project has picked most of his own remixes, but they are so f**king worth it! Look at the track, just look at them!

For crying out loud, why can’t they make music as good as these tunes? When I first fell in love with it, it must have been the early 2000s. And still they demolish my braincells. I love so many tracks in this mix, such as ‘The Second Trip’, ‘Cocaine’, ‘Cold Night’ (the drop is IMMENSE),’Listen To Me Mama’, but the one that does the most damage to my emotions is ‘FM2′. The one track I can’t remember, or maybe never heard of before.

There might be small errors in this set, but I forgive Scot Project. He makes up with a shitload of dancefloor smashers! When these tunes dominated the dance scene I was raving the night away, and hearing these tunes coming at me full blast! These tunes dominated my youth, and to this day they make me smile from ear to ear!

A wonderful, exciting, and all in all a beauty of a set! I should search for more Scot Project, I need to take a time machine trip at least once a day, those early days can not be beaten. Quality over quantity, and Scot Project was the man to go to, to make an excellent remix. This set is sublime!

No I’ve changed my mind about the best record. Sorry Scot, ‘Cold Night’ still has the drop that no one saw coming. Or the build up that no one has ever improved (because it’s ace). Yep, ‘Cold Night’. All day!
