Every day you learn, and my philosophy is that every day you should listen to something new. Something new and refreshing. Why is that? To keep you on your feet. To give you a broader spectrum of music. It’s good that you stay within one style or genre, but sometimes you need to broaden your mind. I think that’s the best thing to do, so when I discovered yet another Tomorrowland set from last year, there was no doubt in my mind I was going to let this go passed me without listening to it. It was a new day, so I had to follow my own phylosophy.
But not only do you need to learn something new every day, but absorb this information. Like I have done today. I found this mix by Arctic Moon, and I’ve seen the name before, but never paid attention. I went onto Wikipedia, and found all the information I needed. Never knew that he is a Polish Trance DJ, who started out back in 2003/2004 under the alias ‘East-NRG System’. He’s been a very busy producer and DJ, and has gained a lot of respect over the years for his music. And it’s an obvious choice to ask him to play at the biggest event in the world!

Even though there are 3 unknown tracks in this mix, it’s still a highly enjoyable mix, with some serious slammers. A few of his own productions, and it’s not something negative: it’s only positive. I’ve heard records by Arctic Moon before, and they rock. They do.
Anyway. The set at Tomorrowland was an hour long, but it’s an hour of bliss. I really enjoyed the set, and 10.5k+ listeners have felt the same too. It does contain so many great Trance anthems, it’s unbelievable. And it’s recorded at the biggest event in the whole world. Arctic Moon and Tomorrowland go hand in hand, and the audience were treated to a fine set. A very fine set.
Which track does the most to me? ‘Nocturnal Horizons’ is good, ‘Once In Time’ excellent, ‘Winterburn’ catchy as hell, ‘Split’ just perfect, but the one that gave me goosebumps was ‘Rambassador’. What a wicked track!
A wonderful set. Smile from ear to ear. Got nothing negative to say about this. Worth checking it out and listening to, again and again!
